WARRANTY REGISTRATION
Congratulations on the purchase of an Alchemy 1911. We at Alchemy Custom Weaponry hold ourselves and our pistols to the highest level of craftsmanship and quality. Your ACW comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturers’ defects and we stand behind our pistols 100%. If you have any issues with your 1911, please email [email protected] and we will help sort it out right away.
We understand the desire for privacy and you are NOT required to register your serial number with us in order for your warranty to be valid, however filling out the form below will allow us to contact you with updated information about your pistol and keep an updated history for provenance purposes. We will never share this information with ANY third party and it will not be used to create a database shared with government entities. Our lifetime Warranty follows the serial number and does not need to be formally transferred to future owners. Please note: If upon inspection your pistol has an issue that is not covered by warranty you will be charged $99 for shipping both ways plus gunsmith time and ammunition costs associated with the inspection. Items not covered under warranty are:
Normal Wear and Tear
Finish issues associated with normal use
Malfunctions or damage caused by the installation of aftermarket parts
Damage caused by using the wrong caliber of ammunition or ammunition outside of SAMMI or NATO spec
Damage caused by misuse or lack of proper maintenance
